Our sober coaches are professional men and women who help individuals maintain sobriety by providing support, guidance, hope and accountability, during recovery from addiction from alcohol, drugs and other substances. We offer a sober companion service, ready to support and help by providing guidance and companionship, during daily activities or escorting individuals to and from residential treatment.

We will coach coping strategies, signposting to rehab, support post-rehab, help with daily structure, attending meetings, aftercare planning and general recovery support to maintain sobriety.

Our sober coaches are in long term recovery themselves and we will make the choice very easy by offering a same gender sober coach. At the moment there are just two of us, though we will be expanding the team to meet the ever growing requirements.

You can expect to be contacted within 24 hours of your enquiry, we will want to find out a little more about your situation or that of the individual who needs help. We will need to know that the individual is willing to accept our service and assistance.

Our common goal is to help the individual suffering with addiction. We work with individuals towards the goal of recovery, taking clients to reach a point of self-confidence, where they are well enough to manage their own life, free of addiction, tackling every day tasks, unsupported.
The circumstances vary, therefore there is no set time period. Some clients find that a few online sessions is enough, or regular weekly sessions over a period of a few months. Others would like to be escorted to recovery meetings or to treatment centres. Some clients need to have a 24/7 sobriety companion for a short period of time to assist on the days before you go into a treatment centre or afterwards to get back into the real world safely.
The time periods vary depending on each individual circumstance. We aim to assess and offer a range of solutions to meet both your needs, and your budget, and will discuss this with you.
